Our Energy is organized and operated as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Donations to it are deductible to the extent provided under the Internal Revenue Code.

You will indemnify and hold Our Energy and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, vendors, and service providers harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of the Terms or your use of the Site, its content, services or products.

The Terms are governed by the internal laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions or rules.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to the Terms, the Site or its content will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Oregon, or the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, as applicable. You consent to the jurisdiction of those courts and waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

If we don’t enforce any part of the Terms right away, that doesn’t mean we’re giving up our right to enforce it later. If a court decides that any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in full force and effect. Where possible, the invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced in a way that comes as close as possible to its original purpose.

We may update the Terms from time to time. When we do, the updates will be effective immediately when we post them here. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms, so we recommend checking this page each time you access the Site so you are aware of any changes.
